The tracker gets its position relative to an infrared (IR) layout. The IR layout is a set of reference bars which forms a specific pattern of active IR markers. The reference bars are connected to each other and fixed with puzzle floor mats. A single puzzle floor mat is 0.6×0.6m size. The tracking area package comes with 28 puzzle floor mats (10.08m²), 4 reference bars with markers, connectors, and a power adapter.
